Ridley Corporation Ltd is seeking a Production Operator at our Narangba site to operate production equipment, handle raw materials, and support quality checks. You will help ensure safe, efficient production and uphold high-quality standards in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires a Forklift licence, a valid driver's licence, and the ability to work in a physically active manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Forklift licence and driver's licence are required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or warehousing is preferred.
• Able to work in a physically active manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and plant performance.
• Receive, store, and dispatch raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare ingredients and materials for production.
• Carry out routine quality checks and accurately complete production records.
• Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Identify and report equipment faults, process issues, and safety hazards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
