• Experience in safety & quality management systems.
• Current driver’s license.
• Certificate IV (or above) in management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all OHS/WHS legislation and Ridley’s systems; promote a safe workplace and investigate incidents.
• Maintain accurate production SOPs and ensure team members are trained and performing to expectations.
• Manage plant resources to meet production targets, plan shutdowns and cleaning; drive continuous improvement with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Adhere to quality systems (RMP) and ensure full traceability of products; support quality and commercial teams.
• Provide out-of-hours support for operational issues and contribute to developing operating and capital budgets.
