Job summary

Ridley Corporation in Laverton is seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead our Oceania Meat Processing team. You will drive production targets, ensure a safe workplace, manage resources and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will oversee SOPs, training, and team performance while collaborating with engineering, maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and uphold traceability and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of OH&S legislation and compliance.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong planning, scheduling and operational problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift production activities to meet targets and maintain safety.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and team members are trained and competent.
• Coordinate plant resources, plan changeovers and end-of-week cleaning.
• Support quality and commercial teams in resolving production-related issues.
