Job summary

Ridley in Narangba is seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our hands-on team. You will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, assist with raw material handling, quality testing, and product dispatch while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is required.
• Current driver's licence is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing is preferred but not essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
• Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor processes and adjust to maintain quality and performance.
• Receive, store, and dispatch raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare ingredients and materials for production.
• Carry out routine quality checks and complete production records.
• Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Identify and report equipment faults, process issues, and safety hazards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
