Semcom Visual Communication is seeking a Production & Procurement Coordinator to join our Sydney team. You will manage production scheduling, supplier quotations, purchasing and project administration across print, packaging and retail displays.

Working closely with senior management and design teams, you’ll orchestrate timelines, track orders and ensure on-time delivery while learning all facets of POS and shopper marketing in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production, purchasing, operations or supplier management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Experience liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotations and tracking orders.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Willingness to learn and develop career in print, packaging and retail displays.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate production and project activities from quotation to delivery.
• Obtain supplier quotations, confirm pricing, place orders and meet deadlines.
• Monitor schedules and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate job records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with inventory, distribution and general operations.
• Support process improvements to systems and workflows.
