Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, production, purchasing, operations or supplier management.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Experience liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotations and tracking progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple production and project activities, from quotation to delivery.
• Obtain supplier quotations, confirm pricing, place orders and manage deadlines.
• Monitor schedules, follow up actions and resolve issues.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate job records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with inventory, distribution and general administration.
• Support process improvements to workflows.
