Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Worker for our busy manufacturing site. Training will start on day shift for the first weeks, then move to the permanent afternoon shift roster.

This role combines forklift duties with production tasks and offers stable hours and overtime. Ideal candidates have a current LF forklift licence, prior forklift experience, and a safety‑minded, reliable work style.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products safely.
• Load, unload and stage materials for production.
• Assist with manufacturing and production processes.
• Open moulds and remove finished products.
• Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming production runs.
• Complete quality checks and finishing tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

We're currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role offering stable employment, regular overtime, and a genuine temp‑to‑perm opportunity for the right candidate.
