Job summary

Manpower Australia is seeking experienced Production Operators for a fast-paced FMCG facility in Huntingwood. The role requires an LF Forklift Licence and hands-on work across forklift operation, machine operation, raw material handling and general production support.

Approximately 50% of time will be spent on forklift duties, with remaining time on machine operation, production support and changeovers. Onsite walkthroughs and safety training are part of pre-employment.

Qualifications

• Current LF forklift licence is required.
• 2–5 years' experience in production, machine operation or manufacturing roles.
• Experience operating forklifts and handling pallets up to 1 tonne.

Responsibilities

• Operate LF forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Transport and handle palletised loads up to 1 tonne.
• Supply raw materials and packaging to production lines.
• Operate depalletising and production equipment.
• Load materials into machinery and monitor production processes.
• Remove waste materials, empty pallets and by-products.
• Assist with machine operation, changeovers and general production tasks.
• Maintain high housekeeping, safety and quality standards.
• Support multiple production areas as required.
