Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Production Operators to join a leading Australian precast concrete manufacturer in Maitland. This casual ongoing role offers hands-on factory work, forklift operation (licence preferred), and potential for permanent placement.

You will move materials, assist in moulds and fabrication, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, tidy workspace as part of a team aiming to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Ideally, previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, concrete, labouring or similar environments.
• Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential.
• Confined Space, White Card and EWP licences advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products (where licenced).
• Assist with the manufacture of precast concrete pipes and products.
• Open and strip moulds, remove finished products, and prepare moulds for the next production cycle.
• Complete general production and labouring duties.
• Carry out basic quality checks and finishing work.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

We are looking for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have experience within manufacturing or production environments, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine permanent potential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products (where licenced)
