Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking experienced forklift operators to cover day or night shifts (12 hours) in Melbourne. Shifts run 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am across production and warehouse areas.

The role requires a valid LF Licence and the ability to operate forklift equipment safely while following SOPs and GMP guidelines. Candidates should be committed to continuous improvement and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Must follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Valid LF Licence.
• Experience operating equipment safely and efficiently in a production or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods and stores per SOPs.
• Operate a forklift in the production area.
• Operate and control at least one piece of equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, tape machines).
• Monitor and report material shortages to maintain plant efficiency.
• Adhere to GMP policy, safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance machine efficiency and the work environment.

Forklift/Production Operator

We are looking for experienced forklift operators to work across either day or night shift

1. Complete packing tasks associated with finished goods and stores tasks in accordance with SOPs.
2. Operate a forklift within the production area
3. Operate and control at least one piece of equipment (e.g., electronic pallet jacks, tape machines).
4. Monitor and report material shortages to maintain plant/stores efficiency.
5. Adhere to site GMP policy, safety standards, and maintain a clean work area.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and improve the work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

3. Experience operating equipment safely and efficiently in a production or warehouse environment.
