Job summary

Ridley is seeking a Production Operator at Kooragang Island to operate and monitor plant and equipment in the Primary Distribution Centre. You will be trained to perform routine checks, record process data, and follow safe procedures in a supportive team environment.

No extensive industry experience is required; the company provides full training and ongoing support to help you build confidence in the role.

About the Role

Join our team at Kooragang Island as Production Operator.

This is a hands-on operational role where you'll be trained to safely operate and monitor the plant and equipment used within the Primary Distribution Centre.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good basic IT skills and a willingness to learn. You do not need extensive industry experience – we will provide the training and support you need to become confident in the role.
