In this hands-on role you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce quality products and help keep our production running safely and efficiently. What You Will Be Doing

• Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
