Job summary

Ridley Corporation is seeking a Production Operator at Kooragang Island in NSW. This hands-on role trains you to safely operate and monitor plant and equipment within the Primary Distribution Centre.

No extensive industry experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided to help you develop essential skills, stay safe, and contribute to the team’s production targets.

About the Role

Join our team at Kooragang Island as Production Operator.

This is a hands-on operational role where you'll be trained to safely operate and monitor the plant and equipment used within the Primary Distribution Centre.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good basic IT skills and a willingness to learn. You do not need extensive industry experience – we will provide the training and support you need to become confident in the role.

You do not need to have extensive manufacturing or industrial experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who:

• Can follow procedures and work well as part of a team
• Is keen to learn a new industry and develop their skills
• Has previous experience in manufacturing, production, mining,agriculture or a similar environment (desirable, but not essential).
