Job summary

Ridley Corporation Ltd in Whitton, NSW is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join our team. You will operate blending equipment and vessels, receive raw materials and load and dispatch bulk and packaged fertiliser from our EASY Liquids plant.

Qualifications

• Australian driver licence is required.
• Forklift licence desirable; training can be supported.
• Ability to obtain security clearance / explosives license.
• Able to work day shifts and overtime as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit for manual, repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and keen to learn.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe workplace (zero-harm mindset)
• Load and unload trucks
• Use a forklift to load products into mixers/hoppers
• Operate batch controls and handle various raw materials
• Complete basic quality checks
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and well maintained
