Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Operator for the E-Waste Industry located in Smithfield, NSW. This role requires shift-work experience and hands-on handling of production tasks in a safety-focused environment.

You will work within a team to execute production activities, perform equipment handling, and participate in safety briefings. The position offers day and afternoon shifts and a pathway for growth in environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Hands-on aptitude for testing and sampling products.
• Ability to work in the E-Waste industry with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities per safety, quality, GMP standards.
• Perform material transfers, cleaning, equipment handling, and stacking.
• Participate in toolbox talks and continuous improvement discussions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with WHS practices.

Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Operatorfor E-Waste Industry located in Smithfield.

What you will be required to do:

• Proven experience working in a shift environment with proper handover and time management practices
• Hands-on background in chemical, petrochemical, or wastewater plants
• Testing and sampling products.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production activities in accordance with safety, quality, GMP, and compliance standards.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as material transfers, cleaning, equipment handling, and stacking of goods.
• Participate actively in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and continuous improvement discussions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment in line with workplace health and safety practices.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, mining, or wastewater treatment environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency with computer and engineering systems
• A practical, hands-on 'can-do' attitude and a strong sense of ownership
