Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking multiple Plant Operators for roles in Dandenong and Lysterfield. The position runs Monday to Friday from 6AM to 2PM with immediate starts and potential for permanency for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include loading shred into trucks, pushing stockpiles, loading material into grinders, and traffic management. A front end loader, forklift, and excavator tickets with experience are required, along with full working rights in Australia and own transportation.

• Loading waste into hook bins
• Traffic management
• Manual labour (may be required to assist on the sorting line from time to time)
