Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking Factory Labourers to join a busy manufacturing team in Prestons, NSW. If you’re reliable, hardworking and comfortable with hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We offer Monday to Friday work with day and afternoon shifts, overtime when needed, onsite parking, site lunches and a supportive team. No degree required; experience is helpful but not essential; references required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with repetitive and physical tasks
• Able to lift up to 20kg
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous factory, manufacturing or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
• Able to provide 2 contactable references

• Folding and bagging plastic and polymer-based materials
• Repetitive handling of lightweight materials
• General manual handling
• Lifting and bending
• Packing and preparing materials
• Assisting with general factory duties
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work area
