Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Process Operator – Liquid Waste Treatment to join our team in Wingfield. This hands-on role requires manual decanting, handling and transfer of oils and liquids, safe loading/unloading of tankers, and operating pumps and valves in a busy treatment facility.

You will conduct daily checks, maintain site safety protocols, and contribute to efficient waste processing. Overtime and weekend work may be required during busy periods.

Pay rate:

$36.70 per hr + penalties

Hours Of Work:

6:00am - 2:00pm - Monday to Friday (+ overtime incl weekends during busy periods)

Duties:

• Manual decanting, handling, and transfer of oils and liquid products
• Safe loading and unloading of tankers in accordance with site procedures
• Operation of pumps, valves, and basic oil processing equipment
• Completion of daily operational checks and documentation
• Following all safety instructions and adhering to site OHS protocols
• Ensuring pathways and work areas remain clean and hazard-free
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate to heavy loads
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
