Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Factory Hand for our Smithfield site in NSW. This ongoing position offers an immediate start with a 6:50am–3:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and a pay rate of $31 per hour. Lunch is provided daily, with on-site parking.

Responsibilities include assembly, tool use, packing finished goods, and general factory/warehouse duties, all while maintaining safety and efficiency. Applicants should be reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently or in a team,

Qualifications

• Previous factory or assembly experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Hold a valid Australian work right

What you will be required to do:

• Assembly of products and components according to specifications
• Use of basic hand and power tools
• Packing and preparation of finished goods
• General factory and warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have previous experience in a factory or assembly role (preferred but not essential)
• Be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Have good attention to detail
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Hold a valid Australian work right
