We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our High Wycombe facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead supervisors and production teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes while ensuring production targets, schedules, and customer expectations are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence performance, develop people, improve processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading modular manufacturers. You'll play a key role in building production capability, developing supervisors, and embedding lean manufacturing principles that drive operational excellence across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire supervisors and production teams to achieve exceptional safety, quality, and operational results.
• Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Optimise workforce, plant, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to maximise productivity.
