Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our High Wycombe facility, driving safety, quality, productivity and team performance. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and build capability, embed lean principles and sustain continuous improvement across the site, delivering on production targets and customer expectations.

• Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets, customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Optimise workforce, plant, equipment, materials and subcontractor resources to maximise productivity.
• Develop, coach and mentor supervisors, tradespeople, apprentices and future leaders to build capability and high-performing teams.
• Monitor operational performance through reporting, KPIs, workforce planning and compliance management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity and throughput.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support site performance and broader business objectives.

We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our High Wycombe facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead supervisors and production teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes while ensuring production targets, schedules, and customer expectations are achieved.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence performance, develop people, improve processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading modular manufacturers. You'll play a key role in building production capability, developing supervisors, and embedding lean manufacturing principles that drive operational excellence across the site.

Key Responsibilities
