Job summary

Capital Smart Repairs is hiring a Workshop/Production Manager for our Fyshwick location. You will oversee day-to-day operations of skilled technicians, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

You will lead and develop the team, drive productivity, workflow, and customer outcomes while promoting a strong safety culture. The role is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for career progression within the largest collision repair

• Leadership experience in a collision repair environment.
• Strong people management and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of technicians and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.

We are seeking a motivated Workshop/ Production Manager for our SMART Fyshwick location.

As Workshop / Production Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled technicians, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting into a supportive Repair Centre Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of skilled technicians while driving productivity, workflow, customer outcomes, and a strong safety culture.

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous leadership or management experience within the collision repair industry
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet operational targets
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting will be highly regarded
