Job summary

DGL Group in Carole Park, QLD is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations, drive safety and ensure quality to meet customer standards. You will manage planning, capacity, resources and performance, develop teams, and implement continuous improvement using Lean, 5S and GMP, while maintaining high housekeeping and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production teams.
• Knowledge of WHS/SHE and quality management systems.
• Experience with Lean, 5S and GMP methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams through coaching and accountability.
• Drive safety culture and ensure SHE policy compliance.
• Manage production planning, capacity, resources and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
• Support Site Manager in all areas of the business.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, GMP.
