DGL Group in Brisbane is seeking a Production Operator to operate AdBlue production and related equipment safely and efficiently to meet manufacturing targets. You will load and unload materials with a forklift, record production data, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience in production and maintenance of equipment, good communication, and a collaborative, team-based approach.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products using a forklift.
• Complete production, warehousing, and general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor equipment, perform routine checks, and report faults or safety concerns.
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
• Collect product samples for quality testing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Follow all SOPs, quality standards, and WHS requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
• Undertake other duties as required by management.

About the role

We are currently looking for a Production Operator who can undertake production and machine operation activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the achievement of the Company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operate AdBlue production and decanting equipment safely and efficiently.

Load and unload raw materials and finished products using a forklift.

Complete production, warehousing, and general housekeeping duties.

Monitor equipment, perform routine checks, and report any faults or safety concerns.

Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.

Collect product samples for quality testing.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Follow all SOPs, quality standards, and WHS requirements.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

Undertake other duties as required by management.
