You will handle Shopify orders, packaging and inventory checks, with opportunities to learn and contribute to a dynamic art-focused team.

We are looking for a hands-on and highly organised Production & Dispatch Assistant to join the Style My Wall team. This role is full-time (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) and is a mix of production, order coordination, and operational support. You will be on your feet most of the day and involved in the full lifecycle of our framed artwork orders, from printing to dispatch. This is a practical, physical, and fast-paced position, perfect for someone who enjoys detailed work, problem solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing;

Order Fulfilment & Production

• Printing artwork, cutting and trimming prints to size
• Preparing, assembling, and framing orders
• Packaging and dispatching customer orders
• Helping maintain a steady workflow to ensure orders are completed on time

Operations & Organisation

• Shopify order processing and backend management
• Stock counting, inventory checks, and supply management
• Ensuring production and dispatch areas remain clean and organised

Customer & Team Support

• Handling customer issues related to orders, missing items, or damage
• Problem solving and proactively preventing errors
• Communicating with staff and supporting the wider team
• Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations

About You

• You enjoy hands-on, manual work and can stay on your feet throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in your work
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable using Shopify or willing to learn quickly
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Experience in Photoshop, printing, framing, or production is a bonus (not required)
