Responsibilities

• Assisting with branding and engraving on our large format printer and engraver
• Help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist in the production process, including assembling and packaging bespoke gifts
• Maintain a clean and organised production area
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organising incoming inventory
• Ensure all products are labelled and stored correctly
• Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor

Position Overview:
Ellar Boutique is a luxury gift-giving company dedicated to creating unique and personalised gifts for a variety of occasions. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, quality items, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Branding and Production Assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, branding gift boxes and engraving boards, order fulfillment (packing our luxury gifts), and assisting in the production process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to contribute to the success of our business.

Work Hours: This position will start as a casual and has the ability to become permanent for a committed candidate. Working hours are negotiable, ideally 30-38 hours per week, so it can be part-time or full-time. Usual start times are 7:30am or 8am and finish around 3-4pm. Christmas is our busy season!

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with branding and engraving on our large format printer and engraver

Help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Assist in the production process, including assembling and packaging bespoke gifts

Maintain a clean and organised production area

Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organising incoming inventory

Ensure all products are labelled and stored correctly

Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor

Requirements:

Previous experience in using Canva or photoshop is an advantage

Working in a printing or warehouse or production environment is preferred
