Job summary

Sirius People is recruiting an experienced Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder to join our manufacturing team in Fairfield, NSW on the permanent afternoon shift. You will set up and operate injection moulding machines, perform die changes, adjust equipment and monitor quality to maintain output.

The role offers an hourly rate of $50 plus 15% afternoon shift loading and super, with overtime available and no weekend work unless wanted.

Qualifications

• Hands-on die setting and injection moulding experience.
• Experience with Arburg machines is highly regarded.
• Medical device manufacturing experience desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Location: Fairfield, NSW

Join a growing manufacturing teamWe’re looking for an experienced Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Fairfield on a permanent afternoon shift.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone with strong injection moulding and die‑setting experience who enjoys working in a quality‑focused production environment.

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Thursday: 2:15pm – 10:45pm

Friday: 11:45am – 5:45pm

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the setup and operation of injection moulding machines, including die changes, machine adjustments, troubleshooting and monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Die Setter and/or Injection Moulder
• Experience with Arburg injection moulding machines highly regarded
• Medical device manufacturing experience highly desirable
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of quality and production requirements
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
