Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking an Injection Moulding Operator for the Afternoon Shift in Smithfield, NSW. You will set up and operate injection moulding machines, ensure steady output and perform basic maintenance to minimise downtime.

You will manage tooling, support on-floor continuous improvement, and work with supervisors to keep production running smoothly in a GMP/5S environment. This role offers hands-on technical exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanically minded with experience in injection moulding.
• Fault-finding and machine setup experience.
• Experience in preventative maintenance in a GMP/5S environment.
