Job summary

Lincoln Plastics, based in St Agnes, South Australia, seeks an experienced afternoon shift Leading Hand and Injection Moulding Technician to join our collaborative team. The role includes supporting a team, setting up and optimising machines, ensuring targets and safety standards, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an injection moulding technician.
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing, tooling and machine operation.
• Previous supervisory experience (or readiness to step into)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Relevant trade or technical qualifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Support a team of die setters and operators on shift.
• Set up, optimise and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and tooling.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate mould changes and CI initiatives.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Based At St Agnes, Your Role Will Include
