Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling parts in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• 2+ years as a production coordinator or warehouse associate using digital planning systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalents) or similar inventory tooling.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office suite.
• Enjoys fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through production to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, and work centres.
• Ensure parts are handled per Anduril specifications.
• Keep MRP/ERP data clean and accurate with planning teams.
• Help resolve incorrect system data driving reports.
• Develop and maintain internal reports highlighting needs and constraints.
• Communicate blockers and assist root-cause of part shortages.
• Support logistics through innovative workflow staging.
• Manage material certifications and prevent un-certified MRB materials.
• Work with supervisors to complete metrics-driven actions.
• Support returns to stock and inventory purge actions.
