Job summary

Anduril Industries in Australia seeks a Logistics Specialist to join Deployment Operations. You will own the logistics technology and data layer: designing dashboards and KPI frameworks, building Python automation to remove manual work, configuring ERP and TMS platforms, and developing processes to scale the function.

You will also provide operational coverage for the Senior Coordinator during leave, travel or surge periods, stepping into day-to-day freight coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations with analytics capability.
• Strong Python proficiency for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Ability to design and implement business processes and SOPs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the logistics systems landscape: ERP/TMS configuration and integration design.
• Build Python-based automation for reporting and data pipelines.
• Design and maintain logistics dashboards and KPI frameworks (Power BI or similar).
• Develop and maintain tooling to reduce manual effort and standardise workflows.
• Provide operational coverage for the Senior Logistics Coordinator during leave or surge periods.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods.
• Support compliance and freight documentation during coverage periods.
