Job summary

Anduril Industries in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to lead material planning across the full value chain for defense hardware.

You will own line of balance, drive CTB reviews, coordinate with design, procurement and manufacturing, and manage BOMs and long-lead items.

The role requires 7+ years in supply planning, ERP experience (Oracle), and a track record in high-tech, low-volume production; NV2 eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply planning or related roles in hardware manufacturing
• Experience managing line of balance and clear-to-build across multi-level BOMs
• Proven track record of schedule adherence in rate production or NPI
• Familiar with high-tech, high-mix, low-volume environments
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
• Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications; NV2 eligibility may be preferred
• NV2 security clearance eligibility to support Australian defense projects

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the line of balance (LOB) for assigned programs, ensuring material availability is synchronised to the master build schedule
• Translate build requirements into actionable supply plans and drive resolution when gaps threaten schedule
• Collaborate with procurement to expedite, resequence, or source alternatives when supply risks emerge
• Track and report schedule adherence metrics (OTD, CTB pass rate, LOB health) and perform root cause analysis on misses
• Maintain MRP/ERP system accuracy — planned orders, lead times, safety stock, and demand signals aligned to baselines
• Support cost engineering to converge the bottoms-up cost curve to product cost and maximize total cost of ownership
