Job summary

UGL is seeking a Production Coordinator at our Mackay site to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently. You will align materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays and improving delivery timelines.

With minimum 5 years in a planning role within a workshop or heavy industry, you will showcase strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, plus SAP or ERP experience.

Due to continued growth at our Mackay site, we’re seeking a Production Coordinator to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently.

About Your Role

As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in aligning materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays, improving delivery timelines, and supporting a high-performing workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
