Job summary

UGL is seeking a Production Coordinator at our Mackay site to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently. You will align materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays and improving delivery timelines.

With minimum 5 years in a planning role within a workshop or heavy industry, you will showcase strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, plus SAP or ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning role within a workshop or heavy industry environment.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP or ERP experience highly regarded.
• Solutions-focused, adaptable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and planning.
• Monitor and manage WIP to reduce bottlenecks and delays.
• Ensure materials and resources are aligned with demand.
• Work closely with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Provide insights and reporting to support smarter, proactive decisions.
