Job summary

UGL in Brisbane is seeking an Integrated Possessions Planner to support the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail Project. You will coordinate rail corridor access, develop possession plans, and align work schedules to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.

You will engage with Queensland Rail and alliance partners, manage multiple stakeholders, monitor performance, and produce reports. This role offers full‑time work in a dynamic infrastructure program with strong collaboration and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in rail possession planning, access coordination, rail operations, project planning or major infrastructure delivery.
• Strong understanding of rail corridor access requirements, possession planning processes and rail safety obligations.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within complex operational environments.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and resource coordination skills.
• Experience in risk management and operational planning.
• High-level communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

We are currently seeking an Integrated Possessions Planner to join the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) Project, a transformative rail infrastructure program that will redefine passenger rail travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Delivered by the ActivUs Alliance, this landmark project will expand the rail corridor from two to four tracks between Kuraby and Beenleigh, while delivering major station upgrades, enhanced signalling systems and improved network capacity for South East Queensland.

The Opportunity

The Integrated Possessions Planner is responsible for coordinating, planning and managing rail corridor access, possessions, and work scheduling activities to support the safe and efficient delivery of the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail Project.
