Job summary

Nestle Uncle Toby's in Wahgunyah, VIC is hiring a Production Assistant to support our production team with materials prep, assembly and packaging in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This casual or permanent role requires a reliable team player, willingness to stand for long periods, and a forklift license is highly preferred. Training on-site will be provided, and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Forklift license is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production process by preparing materials and equipment.
• Support assembly and packaging of products according to specifications.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials and products (if licensed).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
