Job summary

YC Recruitment seeks a reliable Production Assistant for our Morwell manufacturing team. You will contribute to manual assembly, on-floor operations, quality checks and general plant support to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to WHS standards.

You must hold a valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF). Forklift use is occasional, with emphasis on safe handling and teamwork to keep production flowing and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF).
• High level of physical stamina and ability to lift 20–25 kg.
• Commitment to safety and WHS policies.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Feed raw materials into production machinery and assist with assembly.
• Pack, label finished goods and monitor for quality.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling on the floor.
• Occasionally operate a forklift for loading/unloading.
• Support supervisors with inventory counts and general tasks.
