Production Assistant (with Forklift Ticket) Location: Morwell, Victoria Job Type: Full-time / Casual (Amended as needed) Sector: Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics About the Role We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and physically fit Production Assistant to join our busy team based in Morwell, Victoria. This is a dynamic, split-responsibility role that keeps you active. It is perfectly suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy to divide their time between hands-on factory work and operating machinery.

The day-to-day balance of this position is roughly: 70% Production Support: Manual handling, processing, packing, and maintaining assembly line flow. 30% Forklift Driving: Loading/unloading trucks, moving raw materials, and feeding production lines.

• Physical Fitness: This is a highly active role. You must be physically fit, capable of continuous manual handling, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to occupational health and safety (OH&S) practices.
