Job summary

MAXSOLUTE CONSULTING PTY LTD – Morwell, Victoria is seeking a Production Assistant to join our busy manufacturing team. The role blends hands-on factory work with forklift operation, roughly 70% production support and 30% loading/unloading duties.

You will help meet daily production targets, monitor quality, follow OH&S guidelines, and perform general factory upkeep. A current Australian LF forklift licence is required, and candidates should be physically fit for a highly active role.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume production.
• Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF ticket) with operating experience.
• Physically fit for an active factory role.
• Commitment to OH&S practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production targets on the factory floor.
• Safely operate a forklift to move stock and clear production areas.
