G. James Glass and Aluminium in Narangba, QLD, is seeking a Production Assistant. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in manufacturing operations and exposure to an organized office environment, perfect for starting a career in a growing company.

You will handle phones and emails, process customer orders in Oracle, and support production planning using LiSEC. No prior experience required; a positive attitude and good communication are key, with on-site parking and ongoing development

Responsabilidades

• Answering phones, managing emails, and assisting with customer enquiries.

• Liaising with customers to ensure accurate and complete information is received.
• Using the LiSEC system to convert orders into production paperwork.
• Assisting with batching and optimising production for factory operations.
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and communication.

About the Role
