G.James NSW Glass Operations in Smithfield is seeking a Glass Worker to join our team. No prior glass experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing development to help you succeed.

This hands-on role offers a full-time permanent position with ongoing training, a strong safety culture, and opportunities to grow within a respected national company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory/production/warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Manual handling experience and a commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work across various factory processes, including loading/unloading and production support.
• Support daily factory processes through hands-on tasks.
• Handle and move glass safely.
• Learn multiple production tasks with training provided.
• Opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in multiple areas of glass processing.

The Role

• Hands‑on work across various factory processes, including truck loading/unloading and production support
• Hands on work supporting daily factory processes
• Handling and moving glass safely
• Learning multiple production tasks with training provided
• Opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in multiple areas of glass processing

About You

• Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience highly regarded but not essential)
• Manual handling experience and a commitment to safe work practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High attention to safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
