G.James Glass and Aluminium is seeking a hands-on factory worker to support daily glass processing at our Narangba site. Training will be provided to learn multiple production tasks within a stable, Australian family‑owned business.

You will thrive with strong manual handling, good communication, and a proactive attitude, contributing to a safe, efficient team environment and ongoing skill development.

About The Role

In this role, you’ll work across a variety of production areas within our glass processing facility. Duties may include:

• Hands‑on work supporting daily factory processes
• Handling and moving glass safely
• Learning multiple production tasks with training provided
• Supporting a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills and gain experience in a specialist field.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in factory, warehouse, or production environments (glass experience a bonus, not essential)
• Strong manual handling skills and a commitment to safe work practices
