CNH Industrial is seeking a Product Support Specialist based in St Marys, NSW, to provide expert technical support for construction equipment across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to reduce downtime and improve satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have trade qualifications and strong diagnostic skills to resolve complex hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues on site.

Formación

• Trade qualification in Heavy Equipment, Diesel Mechanics, Automotive, Agricultural Machinery, or related field.
• Strong experience with construction equipment or heavy machinery.
• Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience working with dealer networks, field service, or technical support environments.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to dealer and customer sites as required.

• Support new product launches, field campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, product support, and quality teams to improve product reliability.

Job Purpose

Take your technical expertise beyond the workshop and into a role where you'll influence machine performance, dealer capability, and customer satisfaction across Australia and New Zealand.
We're looking for a Product Support Specialist based in St Marys NSW to provide expert technical support for our construction equipment portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with dealers, customers, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in reducing machine downtime, resolving complex technical issues, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for construction equipment
• Investigate and resolve complex hydraulic, electrical, engine, powertrain, and electronic system issues
• Support dealers through technical guidance, coaching, and training
