Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking graduates or early career engineers for a Product Support Engineer role. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of complex systems from concept through to sustainment, while working across air, sea and land programs.

You will learn under experienced Product Support Engineers and engineering leaders, developing a specialist career in product support engineering with opportunities to apply analytical skills and technology know-how.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or about to graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Aerospace engineering.
• Curious and analytical, eager to learn across disciplines.
• Enjoy solving non-obvious problems and learning new technologies.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly and challenge assumptions.
• Motivated to develop skills and a career in product support engineering.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of complex systems from concept to sustainment.
• Support multiple engineering programs across air, sea and land domains.
• Interact with engineers, military operators, technicians, maintainers and customers.
• Learn how engineering decisions impact system lifecycle and reliability.
• Travel within Australia to attend integration, test and evaluation events.
