Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Adelaide to provide in-theatre clinical support for our Trauma & CMF team. Working with Product Specialists, you'll support hospital-based customers and ensure safe use of products.

The Opportunity:

To support our continued growth, we've created an additional headcount for a Clinical Specialist in Adelaide for our Trauma & CMF team. Working alongside Product Specialists, you are responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers.

Key responsibilities

• Providing expert clinical and in-theatre support, partnering with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of Trauma & CMF products while delivering exceptional customer service
• Building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and supporting the expansion of the Trauma & CMF portfolio within priority accounts
• Delivering product education and training programs for hospital staff and customers, helping to increase clinical confidence, product knowledge, and adoption of innovative solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, supporting customer engagement activities, and ensuring seamless execution of regional business objectives

About You

• Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic, Paramedicine etc.) and experience providing clinical support in-theatre during orthopaedic surgeries is highly regarded
• Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and the ability to work after-hours and weekend on-call on a rotating roster
• Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused, with strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, is organised with good time management skills
