Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics, is seeking a Product Specialist in Perth, WA, to drive adoption of Hip & Knee replacement solutions including VELYS Robotic-Assisted Technology. You will work with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams to educate, support in theatre, and grow market share.

The role requires frequent hospital travel, a permanent full-time commitment, and relocation flexibility for NZ-based candidates if needed.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with proven skills in medical devices sales and territory management.
• Strong business acumen, an understanding of the orthopaedic market, and a proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships.
• Excellent planning skills, attention to detail and strong team orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenges customers.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
