Job summary

Endotherapeutics is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote and support the adoption of our Endoscopy product portfolio across NSW North. The role requires frequent theatre presence, strong relationship building, and a focus on achieving territory targets.

You will travel regularly, deliver product demonstrations, provide clinical support, and collaborate with internal teams to manage accounts and forecasts in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role.
• Theatre experience is essential.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.

The role

This position sits within our Endoscopy business unit and is responsible for actively promoting and supporting the adoption of our Endoscopy product portfolio, working closely with customers in theatre. This role covers NSW North and candidates may be based anywhere across Northern Sydney or the Central Coast.

About You

• Experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role
• Theatre experience is essential
• Endoscopy experience is highly regarded
• Confidence building close, trusted customer relationships
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
• Comfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatre
• Strong territory planning and time management skills
• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency
• Tenacious, collaborative and open to feedback
