Job summary

Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd. in NSW is seeking a Product Specialist to promote and educate on innovative medical technologies for theatre and surgical settings.

You will build relationships with surgeons and theatre staff, deliver product demonstrations, and develop territory plans while travelling regularly. The role requires theatre experience and a valid driver’s licence, with CRM proficiency and readiness to engage across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or related healthcare sales role.
• Theatre experience is essential.
• Confidence building close, trusted customer relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Comfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatre.
• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieving territory sales targets.
• Building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and key stakeholders.
• Delivering product demonstrations, clinical support and in-service education.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
• Developing and executing territory and call plans.
• Maintaining accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborating with the Product Manager, Sales Manager and internal teams.
• Attending theatres, customer meetings and industry events.

The role
