Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Product Specialist to drive data centre cooling solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You will bridge technical expertise and commercial execution, shaping proposals and delivering innovative cooling solutions from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with global product teams and customers, coordinating proposals, tenders and project requirements to ensure sustainable, efficient outcomes for data centre projects in ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical proposals, applications engineering or solution development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into practical solutions.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
• Interest in building trusted partnerships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Experience in data centre infrastructure, HVAC, cooling systems, water treatment, liquid cooling technologies or CDUs will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of technical proposals, tenders and RFP responses for data centre cooling projects.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, manufacturing and global technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Review technical specifications, drawings and project requirements to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance during customer discussions and project development activities.
• Support product introductions, solution development and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, OEM partners, data centre operators and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continued growth of Ecolab's liquid cooling business across ANZ.

At Ecolab, we're expanding our Data Centre Cooling Solutions business across Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Product Specialist to play a pivotal role in our growth journey. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-growing team at the forefront of liquid cooling technology, supporting some of the region's most exciting data centre projects.

Working closely with our commercial, engineering and global product teams, you'll help shape technical solutions that improve efficiency, reliability and sustainability for our customers. You'll act as the vital link between technical expertise and commercial execution, helping bring innovative cooling solutions from concept through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the preparation and coordination of technical proposals, tenders and RFP responses for data centre cooling projects.
• Partnering with sales, supply chain, manufacturing and global technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Reviewing technical specifications, drawings and project requirements to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance during customer discussions and project development activities.

You will bring:
