Employment Hero is seeking a founding Product Owner to lead the Hero Foundation Squad in ANZ. You will drive platform customisation across candidate acquisition, onboarding and employer engagement, translating vision into a clear backlog and outcomes-driven deliverables.

You’ll partner with design, engineering, and legal/security teams, optimise funnels, and shape the strategy with executives. This role requires autonomy, strong communication, and a bias for action in a rapidly evolving

Competenze

• 2+ years as a Product Owner in a fast-paced product team.
• Experience with AI products or data-heavy environments is a plus.
• Strong prioritisation skills to stay focused on strategic work.

Mansioni

• Own and execute the product roadmap for platform customisation initiatives.
• Lead data-driven optimisation of acquisition, onboarding, and employer conversion funnels.
• Coordinate with Designers, Engineers and Legal/Security teams to unblock dependencies.
